Uhlmann VisioTec GmbH was founded in 2000 as a daughter company of Uhlmann Pac-Systeme and is exclusively dedicated to the development and marketing of inspection and lettering systems for the automation in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging.
The primary goal of the VisioTec is to solve a problem central to pharmaceutical packaging: how to reconcile the conflicting demands of maximum production quality and maximum productivity. By the use of 100 % inline control systems which range from camera fill control via contact-free inline substance analysis to track-and-trace systems until the finished product reaches the patient this goal can be achieved.

The visualization systems

The product security:
Uhlmann VisioTec has developed an innovative system that combines several inspection steps and tasks within one machine with its Swiss partner companies Hapa and Wilco. Uhlmann VisioTec's philosophy to check 100% of packaged products inline was incorporated in the Visio4U system - the final touch for blister packaging. Visio4U closes the last quality gap, which was to-date the verification of the tightness of blisters after they are produced.
The product security:
Uhlmann VisioTec offers a method to prevent and track down counterfeits with its VisioSafe system. VisioSafe combines the use of different and already established methods to identify products by means of printing, marking as well as data handling to make the supply chain safer. Thus, track-and-trace of each product is established. The system is internet-based. |
